Hi Guys,

I will have a new villa ready in a couple of months, Catalkoy, this villa will have Solar Power connected to the grid thereby very cheap running costs and, a heat-pump which will provide hot water, central heating and air-conditioning. The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large utility room and a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. Close to village with a fabulous outlook. I will consider a 3 year lease; price will not be cheap but reasonable for the entire aspect.
