Lost Water Card (Lapta Belediye)

I've lost a water card issued by Lapta Belediye. Has anybody done this and can advise me of the process for getting a replacement? I know I could go and ask but would appreciate knowing in advance.

Go to the water dept with an old bill they will give you a new one ,any water on the old one is lost ,cost 50tl.
