I have tried to log into my MM account but cannot. Is the office closed which covers Alsancak? I am in Uk and I wish to renew my subs as I will be in Cyprus next Monday.

Just had a thought, and connected via a VPN, so that the website would think that I'm in the UK - and it won't let me connect to https://mmcyp.com - perhaps that's your trouble...
