Now that the winter is fast approaching be sure to get the most out of your hot water tank.  Our pre-winter service ensures that your tank is at its optimal performance and that you get as much hot water from the sun as possible.

Included in our service:

Brand new heater element 
One year old elements are usually coated in limescale drastically reducing its performance and increased electricity consumption.

Brand new pressure release valve
All hot water tanks are fitted with these and if they are not they should be, this little devise spits out a little water when your tank gets too hot. This reduces the risk of your tank rupturing resulting in a costly tank replacement.

Brand new air flow valve
This device allows air to escape as your tank is replenishing the water you have just used, again preventing a build up in pressure and reducing the risk of tank rupture.

Solar panel clean
We drain the water from your glass panels on your roof during our service, this helps to clear some of the build up of dirty water and we will clean the glass optimising the suns penetration.

Tap filter Aerators
We will replace up to 7 tap Aerators, these are fitted to most taps in your house.  The Aerators restrict the flow of water from your tap without reducing water pressure. Taps  Fitted with aerators reduce the amount of water you use by more than 50% however with the hard water we experience in cyprus they are often clogged resulting in impaired flow.
