Yes it is generally working like that for rentals. Commission is taken from renter and when it will be sold, commission is taken from the owner.
And sorry about the spelling , I have corrected it.

Is there a deposit guarantee like in the UK? (The deposit is held in a neutral place)

I think I can convince the owner to take the deposits in 2 parts and third month take the commission. By that way renter can pay 1100 for 3 months and 550 later.
For guarantee there is no system like that and I have to talk with the owner first but I think I can find a solution for it.

Ayza i post some rentals here as its free . Ive not as yet had any success .sometimes people just start replying to posts here even though they are not looking for a propery it can be a bit frustrating as they can unwittingly sabotage your business . I doubt of the 50 or so visitors to your ad so far many if any actually are even intrested in renting your house . Just people browsing ! at the endvof thecday its a free forum and people are free to post what they wamt within the rules of decency .
