Long or part year rental wanted

Can anyone help please?

At present my husband and myself rent a two bedroom ground floor apartment, and have done for the past four years. Due to ill health the owner is are now selling up.

We are very flexible. We can either take on a 12 month rental (long term) or if a bungalow, villa or ground floor apartment is available out of season, ie Mid April to mid June and Mid September to end of November we will fit in with the owner’s dates.

References can be provided.
