Ready mix cement in bags

Dear Forum members, we have a pigeon problem at our holiday home in TRNC. I have bought a Hawk Scarer Kite which fits on a 6M pole. It's an adjustable pole which I want to fit within a large plant pot of some sort and would appreciate if anyone can inform me where I can purchase ready mix cement in bags and have the pole cemented within the plant pot. I can then place the pot on our balcony and hope this does the trick.

I have considered purchasing an electronic sound bird scarer however the cost around £300 so I have opted for a Hawk Kite instead.

I hope your neighbours don't have a dog.... the hawk scarers make dogs bark and growl...
