What are the permitted months for burning garden rubbish, cuttings etc.

best to check with your muhtar but it used to be end of October to end of March

I would have said, not when its not safe to do so, regardless of the date!!

I believe permits are required from the police and fire brigade giving dates and locations of the proposed bonfires.
Passing this on second-hand so the accuracy of the info should be verified.
