Re: Hotmail ?
Not a fan of hotmail- but have you tried googling your problem to try to identify that the problem is widespread or just you?
Is your computer working OK otherwise?
I.E web pages loading quickly etc?
Have you tried clearing your cache?
Try running a free program like 'CCleaner' and see if that helps.

Re: Hotmail ?
thanks Philoz. Am trying it because it is not hotmail that is playing up, but my kibrisonline, which appears to have been blocked by cyberspace. I have asked soner, our Cyberspace wizard as to whether he knows what is happening. Why do these things happen at a WEEK-END when there is no one to contact for answers.
I am able to send via hotmail, but NOT via kibrisonline - it is bounced back. Anyone else out there got a problem.?

Re: Hotmail ?
Bond-If you do what I suggested in my original message-the free program-'CCcleaner' will clear your cache, and generally de-crap your computer.

Re: Hotmail ?
HI Philoz
As I have been having problems with hotmail and slow computer, I took your advice and tried cclean, I also took the recommended option of google chrome, whatever that is.
I then found that I had been logged out of all the forums and none would let me log in.
I tried a system restore, but failed with 2 separate previous dates, I have never had problems with system restore before.
My screen on KIBCOM, reverted back to the original green, not my favourite colour but thankfully, as you can see, I managed to get back onto KIBCOM.
What did I do wrong?

Re: Hotmail ?
Butterfly- When you use CCcleaner you may find you will manually have to log back into sites that you have maybe ticked a box that says 'Keep me logged in'-this is because CCcleaner has cleaned out the instruction as part of the cleaning process.
However all this means is you have to log back in with your password, and it should keep you logged in as before-until of course you use the cleaner again-once a week should keep your computer clean.
An alternative is to tell your browser to remember your log in password so that it logs you in automatically when you hit the login page of the forum-All browsers will do this IE,Firefox and Google Chrome-Although I wouldn't recommend using the browser's built in password tool to log into sites that hold sensitive info such as banking or credit card sites.
you would normally have to look in the 'options' or 'tools' tab for instructions specific to your browser of choice-or just do a google search.
As I said in an earlier post in this thread,a 'Defrag' will usually help speed things up too.
If you are having to use 'System restore' on a regular basis then you may have more serious issues which need looking at in more detail.
When you use system restore I have found It works better when your anti-virus is switched off before you try to restore.
hope this helps
