If you want to fly with them. Caricature of an airline, makes the UK parliament look organised!
Some are wise and some otherwise.....

Hopefully competition for TA and prices from Manchester might come down

In your dreams..... Pegasus is comparable with prices for Turkish Airlines, not a lot of difference, but not in value. So, you have a "low cost' airline, no food or drinks provided.... Pegasus, at this point in time..... I fear is more of a rip off that TA, at least you have comfy seats and food and drink.....

In my experience TA are always more expensive than Pegasus and you have a longer stop over in Istanbul, which is not appealing.
Our last flight to TRNC was with Pegasus in March, it was a new plane, very comfortable and in flight entertainment too, as long as you have a phone or iPad to connect with.
Flights to TRNC have always been expensive pro rata unfortunately.

I don't think that TA are that bad you still get a luggage allowance, which you do not on pegasus. You can get food and drink on the flight which is included in the price, unlike pegasus which charges for everything. And you also get quite comfy seats compared to some other airlines. When you add on all the extras i reckon it's swings and roundabouts.

I would agree Saintsfan, the figures you have shown are much cheaper with Pegasus. Just did a search though, and it is coming up just under one thousand pounds, just with one piece of hand luggage each...... I think it will be good to have flights into Manchester though, at least there is more of an option if you are up north or midlands. Still prefer TA, although don't like the prices...... but of course if you book well in advance it is usually cheaper.

I think that if you choose the dates carefully, you can get a good deal with TA.
I booked a return flight with them a few days ago - Ercan to Heathrow and back again, for the end of this month, returning mid May. 20Kg hold luggage, 8Kg carry on, plus a personal item. Total cost £283.
I found it on Skyscanner, and booked through Trip.com.
I've just looked again, and the prices are now a little higher today for the same dates, so find the cheap dates, and book early!

That's fine for some i.e. people who have absolutely no time or date constraints. Book flights first and then work your stay around them.
