Hoş Beş ATM not dispensing cash

Hi, please be aware the Türk Bankası ATM sited in the Hoş Beş market car park, Karşıyaka, is delivering a screen message saying it is unable to dispense the amount requested, ie no cash dispensed. My account balance does however record a subsequent balance decrease by the amount requested from the ATM. I will be taking this up with the Türk Bankası Alsancak branch tomorrow morning.
