Our pool decking has been invaded by some form of black spot, possibly algae over the winter. Power washing has no effect, tried solutions of chlorine and Tuz with no effect. Scrubbing also seems to have no effect.
Any more suggestions please.

We had the same, used lemon juice straight from the Lemon and a wire brush slow but worked a treat.
