male cat neutering

yet another cat has decided to make.our home it's home.
we already have 8 cats
and a dog. in the past we have paid to have the cats neutered .
does anyone know if k.a.r. still offer the neutering service .
or any other options. we are hoping if it gets done then it will stop attacking our cats.
