Dates to avoid in April 2020?

Planning to go back to TRNC in April 2020. Just wanted to know whether other than Ramazan 24th April ( 1 month) any dates in April 2020 to avoid where banks and shops will be closed as a public holidays ?

gives you all the dates for 2019. Apart from Ramazan and Kurban Bayram I think all the rest happen on the same date every year.
The only one in April would appear to be Children's Day on the 23rd
