New Passports

I haven't seen anyone comment on Kibkom, (although I might of missed it) but have you realised there is no longer reference to "European Union" on the front. Just United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. I wonder how long ago the Maroon card outers were printed?

My hubby got a new one in February and it has European Union on it at the top of the front cover. Must be very recent if that has changed.

Introduced March 30th - interesting to see when they roll out the blue ones - there was quite a lot of publicity in UK when they announced it but only because the company that won the tender to produce them was French whereas previously they had been produced in the UK!!!!

I got my new passport last October and has European Union on it. Nigel Farage got his last week and made a big thing on radio about how his does not show European Union.

Seems now that unless Boris Johnson can work miracles we will not be leaving Europe on 31/10/19. House of Lords have just approved a Bill which is aiming to block a “No deal” Brexit by forcing Prime Minister to seek further Brexit delay unless a new deal is reached or MPs have not agreed to a “No Deal” Brexit by 19/10/19.
