Can anyone recommend a good shop for ladies underwear this side of the border, say something equivalent to marks and Sparks? If no,t a trip south will, of course, be the answer but would prefer to put to money into the local economy

Ah, you mean yet another of the "sexy lady" shops. I suspect that snail921's other half, is like me and feels she needs to visit M and S, OR the Debenhams store just over the border. Annoying I know, but sometimes a trip down south can't be avoided.

I think the shop mentioned maybe one I have used. It is as stated across from KibTec offices, looks very old fashioned shop and on entering it is the old fashioned drawers behind the counter type of shop. After explaining what I was after ( one lady did speak enough English) the selection brought out was plentiful and good quality. Changing rooms available and the ladies were so attentive bringing and fetching, checking fit correctly. I came out a very happy customer and will certainly give them my trade again.

Wasn't referring to the Ledra Street, Debenhams, Deniz1. Was referring to the small shopping Mall down the road after turning left down the road after the Coco Cola factory. Can't remember what its called, but its vey handy for the Metehan Crossing and only 6 or 7 minutes away.

I find Kar Dilem, Ozanköy very good. She will order stuff if she hasn't got it in stock. Just round the corner from Erdener on the main road. Closed at the moment for refitting open next Wednesday or Thursday.
