UK PM to overhaul foreign office policy.

BBC news reports Boris Johnson is going to instigate an overhaul of foreign polocy, is there a possibility for TRNC government to push for concessions?.

I don't know but hopefully we'll stop sending monetary aid to foreign countries who spend millions going into space among other things.

I doubt very much that TRNC would be anywhere near the top of the PM's list, but if he was to offer any concessions at all to Northern Cyprus, I would hope that it would be strictly conditional on a proper, legal and fair house purchase regime being implemented with immediate effect to prevent any further British and other foreigner buyers being exploited by local landowners, builders, their agents and lawyers.

The whole reason for and purpose of exit from the EU was to free the UK from any and all restrictions, regulations and obligations to any and all other countries, governments and administrations. This was intended to and WILL give much greater freedom and independence to all UK citizens in the UK - naturally, it is unfortunate and regrettable that this may result in (hopefully) minimally detrimental effect to those UK citizens who may choose to live outside the UK. It must however be emphasized that those resident in the UK are of primary concern, and legislation and practices in other countries are to be disregarded.
