Assuming you cannot pay any of your bills on-line, does anybody know the stance the utility companies are taking regarding overdue accounts?
Looking for guidance on:-
1. -Kibtek.
2.- Belediye bills. (Catalkoy in our case)
3. - Mobile phone. (Turkcell)
4.- Landline telephone.
Advice appreciated.

Kibtek payment kiosks are still open by the market. If you have Turkcell app then you can do online or if they notify you of your bill by text there should be a link to pay. If Universal Bank on Catalkoy rd is open you can normally pay water and electric there
