Amending airport parking bookings

So I have managed to amend my easyjet flight to Cyprus to later in the year.

But when it comes to airport parking this is not possible! I just get a message saying the offices are closed. I appreciate that this is for safety, but surely the amendment process should just be automatic especially if you have already paid the supplement booking fee in order to amend.

Any thoughts? Anyone in a similar situation

I've amended mine online had three lots booked
One I got £29 for £35 booking and the other two 12 and 18 month credit notes
