Re: iPhone freezing
More information is probably needed if someone is going to be able to help you.
Where / when does it freeze? When browsing? when using a particular app? On a call?
A couple of simple things to try. Reinstall the app, if it is a particular app that is freezing. Make sure all app / iOS updates have been applied, restart the phone, delete some apps to see if one them are causing the issue, last call... reinstall the phone.
Having said that though, iPhone 6’s are quite old in terms of Apple devices. Apple’s marketing techniques make sure that they don’t last forever so that they force you to update.

Re: iPhone freezing
Agree with Trigger re downloading software updates.
Also try a ‘reset’ or reboot. Press and hold the on/off button and the Menu/Home keys at the same time, for approx 20 seconds. Then switch back on. Sorts most things.

Forgot to mention, you may wish to consider activating Adblock Plus from your Apple App Store. I had a similar issue recently with my laptop, this resolved it (I am thinking this was connected with google chrome, but just a guess being as it was a laptop using Windows10).
