kibtek online payment

tried to pay my electric bill on line came up with error Red-Onaylanmadi 0005 anyone had this happen to them.

Yes, used another card and it was fine, the one I tried first was Turk Bank

I had the same problem, it would not accept my Creditwest card, but then I tries a UK debit card and it worked fine.
