Hello
We are thinking of changing our supplier to Vodafone from Multimax due to poor WiFi at times
We are in Karsiyaka so your comments would be most welcome
Thanks

My comments have no bearing on Karsiyaka...

You mentioned 'Poor WiFi' - did you actually mean WiFi or just poor 'Internet / slow Internet / Buffering when watching TV'?

I appreciate that your Internet connection is delivered 'Wirelessly' via a dish, but it's not WiFi :)

WiFi is the method that you use to connect 'wirelessly' to your own Router within your own premises, and has nothing to do with your Internet Service Provider.

Could you explain in detail just what the issue is?

You haven't actually told me what your issue is yet, in any terms that I might be able to use to attempt to diagnose the root cause...

Although you might think that whatever issue you are seeing is due to poor internet speed/bandwidth on the part of your Internet Service Provider, it may not be...

Anyway, as I said, my comments were not 'Karsiyaka Specific', I was merely trying to establish whether you did, in fact, have a WiFi issue, and if you are convinced that the issue that you are experiencing is due to your ISP (and they are unable/unwillng to fix it) then I will leave others to comment on the viability of Vodaphone as an ISP in Karsiyaka.

Good Luck with it, I hope that you get sorted out.

rogspur1. In support of Keithcaley and his attempt to help you. It is obvious you have little idea of what the problem is. Might I suggest, therefore, you bite the bullet and call somebody (a professional maybe) who does, to sort out the root cause of the issue?

Call Multimax and report your problem.
They usually do their best to sort things out.

If you are thinking of using Vodafone internet by using your phone as a hotspot and think you have unlimited data, from vodafone, well yes you do BUT in the UK but for outside you are limited to 25 GB per month, that may seem a lot but thats about 15 to 20 hours of HD.
i use Multimax and yes sometimes the speed is not enough or consistent enough to watch a full program or film etc,
i tend to use my phone to watch my football team play live, that said can use up to or slightly more than 5gb per game
should also say even my vodafone on hotspot is sometimes not fast enough or constant enough to watch the game, BUT agreed generally between Multimax and Vodafone i get to see the live games i want to see
hope this helps, if not well i tried

I second Multimax, been with them from the start. Always great customer service and if there is an issue that can't be resolved over the phone a technician will usually be sent to your home within 24 hours. Most often I have found that the problem with buffering is the link you are using to watch your programmes and if that server has too many other viewers it can't provide the service without buffering.
I use Stream Via dns and watch most programmes via the apps on my TV, Netflux, Amazon Prime, live UK TV via Iplayer & ITV player. I can honestly say that I very very rarely have had any buffering.
