Trying to clarify the situation
If you have the word 'Bar ' in your title you can't open--Police
but 'Bar and restaurant ' ok --Lapta belidere.
Confusing or what @

Bar's allowed to open from 17th October, staff have to have a PCR test, don't know what social distancing rules apply. (Seating arrangements)
