Strange Caller on Saturday - Ozankoy Area - anyone else?

Had a strange caller to the house on Saturday morning, a woman asking to come inside to 'test my water'.

I asked for her ID & she quickly flashed me a business card, that I didn't even get a chance to read. I asked if she was from the Belediye and she said No. I didn't let her in. She was keen to know if any of the other houses nearby were occupied.

Anyone else have a caller like this recently?

Perhaps I'm being over suspicious but I just found the whole thing very strange!

We had a visitor last Saturday, I opened the door and said to my wife "There's a bloke at the door with a funny face", she said "Tell him you've got one".
