When are you sitting inside or outside? When you sit inside and have your coffee/meal and all the windows or sliding doors are wide open, then you're outside. I've been to three venues in three days, all the same. I have to be honest and admit, I really couldn't see much harm. In two of the three, tables were more or less spread out sufficiently, one clearly wasn't but their glass sliding doors were fully open, floor to ceiling more or less. Tables were thoroughly sprayed with disinfectant when you left. Maybe I'm becoming too blase with a life of Covid, I don't know?
