All depts of Lefkoşa Belediyesi working as normal tomorrow

According to http://www.haberkktc.com/haber/ltbde-gr ... 56466.html all municipality departments will be working as usual (as much as possible anyway) tomorrow morning. Athough still demanding their "13th salary" the council workers were told today that they would receive their other salaries by this Friday at the latest. There is speculation, particularly from union officials, that the prospect of their (now-postponed-or-possibly-cancelled) meeting with the GC president, Christofias, caused enough concernment in Ankara for the necessary money to be found.

Actually if you look at http://www.lgcnews.com/nicosia-dispute-resolved/, you will see that this is a short term solution at best.
Any money found by the government for a quick fix of this issue will be clawed back by reducing the council workers wages. This aspect has had a lot less publicity.
Also. BES union head Bozat has come out earlier today to say that he did NOT sign any agreement.
