Does anybody know where I can get a new oven grill pan?

If you mean the one that was supplied with your oven you can order a new from from the company who made your oven. I have a Beko and wanted extra wire shelves which they ordered for me.

If you mean the one with handle then no, I looked for one for ages and ended up bringing one from uk

That is what I did for last oven but stupidly left it in oven when got a new one
