Problem opening new posts

I use an iPad usually, I’m having problems opening consecutive posts. I can open one, go back to the forum screen, when I try & open the next post it won’t open. I have to come out if the app, clear the app from the screen & reopen the app. I am having to keep doing this to read posts. I have cleared all background apps, cleared cache & it’s still doing it. Other apps are fine. It also didn’t want to submit a post, it worked eventually, but had to go back & forward.

Have no answer for that problem, very strange, maybe Soner has the cure - thank you for replying anyway!!

Are you accessing the forum via the KibApp? Try viewing via Safari: www.kibkomforum.com

Thanks Soner, yes just tried on Safari. I’ve realised it’s the speed opening up the posts. It’s doing the same on Safari as on the app, taking a long time to open.

Terri299, have you tried re-installing the App? That normally works for me on problems with other Apps.

Try restarting your Router, seems like your internet speed is slow.

Read posts this morning, same issue. Been out, come back & opened app. Seems ok now.
Soner, all other apps were working fine, no speed issues. Will monitor, but ok for now.
