I always take mine to the little shop which is part of the steps that go to the entrance of the Banda Bulya (spelling?) I've taken some very complicated repair and alteration work and results were excellent. You can also take a rough sketch of a design and he will reproduce it in whatever stone/metal you require. Sorry, but can't find his card to tell you his name. BTW, he sometimes has some fabulous pieces which he sells on commission. Never on show though!!!!

Its a no brainer and thanks Laura B for name. I'll double my efforts to find his card now. He's so good, my husband went in to look for a medium priced bracelet for my birthday and came out with a stonking great amethyst and diamond ring, so be careful!! :x))

From the Baldoken car park walk down past the old Belediye building on your left and the restaurant called the George on your right. Walk past the road to the Round Tower on your right and you will come to a junction. Turn right there and stay on the right hand pavement. Tash is just down there a little way. Look for the window with jewellery and silverware etc. It is very easy to find.
