Re: Ribbon
There is a shop in Girne where the lady sells ribbon (she has a good variety of colours and widths).
I am hopeless at directions but hopefully you will find it....... at the crossroads in Girne town centre, turn left (towards the 1001 shop), as you are walking towards 1001 there is a car park opposite and a row of shops.
Behind the row of shops there is an alley way with another row of shops and the shop that sells ribbon is there. You will see wool in baskets outside. Go inside the shop and the ribbon is displayed on the right hand side.
If you can't find it or get lost at my hopeless directions...ring me and I will guide you to it!!

Re: Ribbon
Another option, in Girne from the crossroads with cooperative bank on the corner instead of turning left go straight on towards the ING bank, go passed the ING bank the small 1001 and about 4 shops on is a haberdashery, the lovely man who runs it speaks English and has masses of ribbons, needles, buttons, threads and will go out of his way to help you.
