Parcellation

Amongst other hoops we have to jump is the above. I want to get started and I understand I have to obtain a specific form to be signed by my next door neighbour. Can anyone advise me as to what this form is called and where I can obtain it. I believe everyone on their contract has to sign, but as one of them has hot footed it back to Ukraine 7 months ago and not returned, I'm not sure how we get round it. Thanks.

You will need the services of an architect if you want parcellation

Yes I appreciate that, what I need to obtain first is the form that I take to a neighbour for him to sign to agree.

Maybe the Land registry office in Girne would have the form.

You’re probably looking for a “Consent to Encroach” form or something similar, depending on where you are. You can usually get it from your local council or planning department.

My friend has been trying for ages now. Without the consent of all parties to the shared deed it is impossible to proceed with parcellisation.

That is 100% correct this also applies if you want to dig a water well and have solar panels fitted and connect to kibtek
My neighbour refused to let me have solar panels fitted but was happy for me to get parcellation done and pay for it.
No way will I do that as he will then be able to put a house on there plot of land
I'm leaving now to go find myself....if I arrive before I get back, please ask me to wait!

Will keep in touch, I have a sinking feeling my Ukrainian neighbour won't want to be bothered. If he says NO, then whats going on between Russia and Ukraine will be like a children playground.
