Morning all,
If you have WS app, please would you let me know if you're having trouble with it.
Everything we try to watch keeps coming up as 'Play Back Error'.

Any help will be much appreciated.
Thank you :x))

Yes, I too keep getting the same message! I contacted my account holder who told me my Internet speed was too slow. I confirmed that with Nethouse and they recommended that I have my router reconfigured. It has now been reconfigured, so the speed is fine but I'm still getting the same message! Really annoying! I have a friend who also has WSpro, his Internet speed is 20mbps but he too is experiencing this issue. It would appear that WSpro had an issue, but they are not admitting it!

On WSpro is your Live TV and Catch Up tv freezing frequently too? And when I say frequently I mean every 20 seconds or so, making everything unwatchable!

Yes our WS is freezing every second. That's right, it makes it unwatchable.
Our Internet speed is over 20 so definitely not that. Just stuck with it I guess !!
Our other apps are fine and all live TV fine.
Thank you for all your replies.

I also have WS TV and have been experiencing connectivity issues that do not appear to be related to the internet speed. It seems to be taking longer and longer to connect and catch up which I would frequently like to use often freezes at random points in the programme meaning I have to start all over again hoping to the programme will continue. I will be looking for alternatives nearer my contract expiring.

Hi greenvalley... we too are having issues with WS, and our speeds are like you, over 20. You mention in your post that your other apps are fine and all live TV fine. We switch to RED BOX app when WS is playing up and that works fine with no buffering. It would be interesting to know Which apps you switch to? As we are looking to add by subscribing to an alternative system, keeping WS as a backup.

Hi dap2410,
We switch to Sky Glass when WS isn't working. Which is most of the time lately.
Don't know if we'll renew WS once it expires ☹️
