Carers for palliative care

My wife is entering the last stage of her metastatic breast cancer process. We are about to change from active treatment to palliative care at home. She is extremely weak and needs assistance to go anywhere. Her brain remains sharp despite numerous lesions in it.

I will need some help for a few hours each day. We live near Bahceli. Ideally the helper should have some training and should speak enough English.
