Car tax first registration

Tried on old posts but only cone up with the payment page and not first registration . Anyone have the correct address for it

I think the first registration has to be done in Lefcosia and not on line. Any of the car dealers/sellers should be able to tell you.
No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again.
