Dolmus delays.

Was wandering if all the dolmus have tried to spread the times out to a more regular service. Just got on a dolmus from pia Bella to karaoglanoglu.
Took 40 minutes. Stopping at at least 4 places and waiting. No explanation from the drivers. Most don't have air con . . Doesn't seem to happen day time. Just evenings. Never again!
