Boat trip Ibo?

My godmother is coming to visit and has asked;
Ibo, that we knew, ran the bar near the supermarket just up from the Tree of Idleness. He was a sea captain and had a boat... Lovely wife and a young son who was about 8/9 when I last saw him, think his son was called Arturio. He’s probably in his mid 20’s now

Does anyone know if they are still around?

Do think it will be a visit pulling on the grey matter!
