So they can include accomodation and food as 40 % payment to the minimum wage..

I guess hotels construction companies the biggest winners..things wont get any cheaper just they make more money or lose less...

Losers will be foreign workers..& locals & turks less likely to get hired..

It is what is i guess
Some small business might start paying tax....
