customs duty on importing and registering mobile phone

Can anyone tell me the approximate customs charge please?
It is two years old, current value about £400, original new price about £800.
Will they use the new price or the current value. I will have the receipt for the £400 recent purchase.

Did 120mine yesterday, bought new old model Samsung, paid 120 pound, import tax about 2,000tl.
