Turkish Speaking Social in the Harbour!

Please note that, although I have posted email messages to most of my current and past students, due to my email address being hacked very recently I may not have informed everyone. So for those who think they need to inflict ( ) their Turkish on others, here is the deal;

The planned Turkish speaking social get together will take place this coming Tuesday, 12 February. I look forward to meeting you at the "Boat Cafe" bar in the Old Harbour, next to Eastern enterance (at the Kyrenia Castle end). We shall have the exclusive use of the bar between 12.00 - 14.30 (those wishing to stay longer are welcome to do so).

Attendance is free to everyone who attended in the past or currently attending my lessons. If you have a Turkish speaking partner/friend feel free to bring them along too. It will help me organise things better if I know how many will be attending, so please confirm by return email if you wish to join the event.

That is a very good idea Oz. My wife used to run an English-speaking group here in Germany, where they would meet once a month in a restaurant and speak English.

It's a great way of breaking down the 'confidence barrier'.
