Purchased two sun loungers recliners this week from Hom Essentials, could not work out how they operated and discovered one was broken ..returned and got the Cyprus shrug still can not work the other one!
Paid 270 tl for the two and since discovered the same thing else where 200tl for two.
I am posting this after trying to get satisfaction from said shop.

That is unusual, Mustafa is generally so helpful.
You can't blame him on price as it's up to you to shop around for the best deal and I know Mustafa is willing to negotiate on prices.
We have always found him friendly and helpful so sorry to read your post.

We have bought many items over the last few years from Home Essentials and never had a problem, always asked for a discount and got one.

Well we have bought many things over the years and have never managed a discount,however we had a genuine problem and he really was not interested.
I am more disappointed with his response rather than the poor quality of the product.

We bought two expensive large sun brollies the week before last and it was obvious from the second day that one was faulty. (We didn't open the second one) Took both back, the one with the fault was repaired the next day and the one we hadn't unpacked was also checked over - no problem. We also bought a sun lounger which wasn't cheap. When we brought it home and I tried it out it was obvious that I wasn't going to be able to use it because of the angle of the lounger and the fact that I have a very bad back. We returned it next day - no problem whatsover. Perhaps you just got them on a bad day - we all have them from time to time.
