Lost Nilesat

I have had the Korax Blue Box set up for a few years, we have not had the TV switched on for weeks now all I get is a no signal message on every channel. I have unplugged everything including the antenna cables and replaced everything, scanned for the nilesat 7W satellite again which has listed all of the channels but still keep getting the no signal message for every channel anyone else have this problem? what is the cure?

Does anyone know if URAN ELEKTRONIK are still trading? as they installed my system I called them last week and explained the problem and they said call back in 2 hours, I have been calling several times a day since then but they just hang up on me every time, called them from a different phone as soon as they heard me speak they started doing the same, strange but never mind.
I do not expect them to come out for free I know I have to pay to have this fault rectified.
Can anyone recommend a Sat tech in the Alsancak area?

Satman in Lapta in uk not number handy very good an not expensive.

Thank you Uran Elektronik, they came round today LNB was replaced and everything is up and running again.
