I've seen Iceland Pork and beef in Lemar if that helps.

Definitely. Just look in the ingredients for Dana et. sometimes there is a marking: 100% dana et

The meat content in sausages - both pork and beef - that I have seen in all of the supermarkets is very low and quite often chicken! A bit of horse meat would help!!!
Far better to make your own. Beef or pork patties if you haven't any skins. At least you will know what's in them!!!! Plenty of recipes on the web
