Seeing as most of our Kibkom members live around Girne, let me just give the numbers for the Girne district, which covers the area (and more) from Esentepe to Karşıyaka.

If you don't have electricity or have a some form of emergency, then call 600 09 31. If you can't get through on that number, then my advice would be to call the number for their Girne administative office which is 600 09 30 or 600 09 32.
