i have been doing the shopping in there on regular basis, on a visit last last week found that i had a problem, tried to get hold of the duty manager but they were not available so i did super slooth bit and found contact details for someone higher up the ladder, within an hour i had a response and the matter was done and dusted everything put right and all done with genuine feeling not just done to shut me up!

so well done Lemar !!!

Agree with you Andrew. The manager and staff at Karakum Lemar always helpful. The manager has on more than one occasion asked if I was happy with the service and I've noticed he frequently rolls his sleeves up and helps with shelf stacking etc.

If you have a Garanti Bank Bonus Debit Card, Lemar are part of that scheme and you get Bonus Points when using it that can then offset a bill at some point. Last Christmas saved me 85TL, worth having.
