Hello,

I am looking for a flat for long-term rent in Girne. Preferably studio or one bedroom. Approximate price 200 - 250 pounds. No agencies (unless you can offer a very good price, so it will be worth it to pay you commission). Tenant will be 26 years old male, working in the IT industry. Clean and polite.
