sue Gazi my editor and I recorded a half hour time slot at BRT today all about KibKom and the competition. A little bit about The Star newspaper, a bit about soner, his book, the forum why it started (revived) , its hopes, and other matters. If you want to listen you can go to http://www.brtk.net around 5p.m. tomorrow and listen to the radio. The programme is something about Northern Lights (or???????????). can't remember the wavelength - it is in the 80's. I know that all sounds vague, but yu might want to listen in. I shall have a go, but not sure I want to listen to the sound of my own voice too much!

forgot to say that one very nice thing that came out of it, was for Can and Sue to realize they might be related (through marriage). At first they both thought not, until they discovered that the village where Can's family came form and where Sue's husband Ali came from are one and the same! Lovely connection which had a touch of the icing on the cake to the time at the studio. Things here never cease to amaze me.
